School Scrapbook Layout Idea

DIY School Layout Idea 3

Good Morning  Printable Cuttable Creatables Fans! Christi here from Scrapping For Tranquility.  I am here today to show you a layout I did for back to school for my granddaughter , Jaelyn.

I know it is time for school ending but if you are like me, anytime of the year is school layouts.

Following is my completed layout.

DIY School Layout Idea

The first file I used from PCC was Lil Crayons and Pencils Borders. I made this to hold part of my title down the middle of my layout.  “First Grade Aug. 2019”  I really liked the way it came out

I also used the Pencil and Glue Bottle from the Cute SVG Bundle.

So many things to choose from in that bundle.  I know I will get a lot of school layouts out of that bundle!

Thanks for joining me on my back to school journey!  Until next time!

Groovy Retro Card

When I was finished with the outside, I wanted to pretty up the inside a bit, so I used the Peace sign and a Peace & Love Stamp I had from C.C. Designs.

Here is the final look at my finished groovy retro card:

Let me know what you think.  Would you like a card like this for a “thinking of you”, “Get well soon”, “Birthday”?  It can be for many occasions.  Let me know in the comments below!

For anyone who answers my question in the comments by Thursday April 18th, 2024, I will put you in a random drawing and you will receive this card and maybe a little surprise to go with it.  This way you can give it to your special someone.

Have a blessed weekend!

Spring Cards with Paper and Vinyl

Bloom Cards 4

As the flowers of spring emerge, there’s no better way to celebrate the season’s arrival than by crafting charming and personalized spring cards. With a blend of paper and vinyl, you can create delightful designs that capture the essence of this rejuvenating time of year.

Bloom Cards 4

This is Morena from Morena’s Corner stopping by on this sunny day to share some fun ways to use Printable Cuttable Creatables files to make beautiful spring cards. Let’s dive into the art of combining paper and vinyl to craft cards that bloom with creativity and warmth.

Spring Cards with Paper and Vinyl

I love to use vinyl to make my cards! This way I can use lots of fun finishes and colors, like the galvanized steel vinyl I used for the watering can. Cut and weed each element from the desired color, then use transfer tape to assemble your card!

PCC makes it very easy by including multiple layering versions with every SVG design, along with easy to follow assembly instructions. This file included an SVG with a version for layering with cardstock, and another version specifically for vinyl, so I was able to use both to make this card!

Spring Cards with Paper and Vinyl

I really love the Rolled Paper Flower SVG Templates and wanted to incorporate them with this fun design. I love the way the tiny rolled flowers pop off the page and bring this watering can to life!

Have fun crafting and creating bloomin’ cute cards with Printable Cuttable Creatables!

Make a Sweet Wedding Card

01 Wedding Card

Good Morning PCC Fans!  Christi here from Scrapping For Tranquility.

Today I wanted to walk you through making a wedding card with PCC cut files Wedding Groom Tuxedo and Wedding Dress.  I am trying to get stocked up on my cards and with Summer coming it always seems I need wedding cards.  How about you?

Here is how my wedding card came out:

01 Wedding Card

With Printable Cuttable Creatables files, it is so easy to make a quick card.

Make a Sweet Wedding Card

I Started with my base made out of Neenah Solar White from 12 X 12 Cardstock shop.  I cut this at 10 in X 7 In.  I then folded on the 10in side to make a 5 in card.   I used my bone folder to make sure it was good and folded.  Then I turned the fold on the inside.  This is to prevent peeling or cracking on the fold line.

In the meantime I cut my SVG pieces of the tuxedo and wedding dress.  Using no shred glitter cardstock for the top layer of the dress, I really liked how the dress came out.

I then cut a light gray rectangle at 5.75 in. x 6.75 in. to tape down on top of my base. I added one more layer of turquoise cardstock to match the tuxedo and cut a piece at 5.50 in x 6.50 in and taped it on top of the gray cardstock.

Using the Wedding Sentiments Stamp Set by C.C. Designs, I stamped a sentiment on the front and wrapped gray and turquoise ribbon, from my stash, around the card.

I stamped this other sentiment on the inside, again from C.C. Designs Wedding Sentiments stamp set,  and I called it done.

Once again, here is my finished card:

Hope you enjoyed my tutorial and will join me on my socials.

Blessings,

Christi
