You can purchase a commercial license in two ways:

1. On the product page, use the dropdown License menu to choose the appropriate license option for your project and click Add to Cart.
2. If you have already purchased a product and then later decide to use it commercially, you may purchase a commercial license separately at any time without needing to re-purchase the design. Be sure to enter the SKU# and Product Name for the design(s) in the Order Notes at Checkout.

• You need to purchase a separate license for each product you intend to use commercially.
  • A Theme Set License, or SVG Scrap Kit License includes commercial use for all designs in that product. For example, you may use all elements included in a Theme Set with the appropriate license, however if you are using elements from 2 different Theme Sets, you will need to add 2 Theme Set Licenses to your cart.
• After checkout, your receipt will become your Proof of Purchase, and your Order # + SKU # will serve as your License #, which you will need to refer to when selling your products. Be sure to keep your receipt!
  • • For example: You purchased a license for SKU# E001, and your Order# is #123. You License number is #123-E001.
    • For multiple licenses in a single purchase: You purchased a license for SKU# E001 and E002, and your Order# is #123. Your License numbers are #123-E001, and #123-E002.
• All designs include a PDF License info card with a link to this License & Copyright page, which will contain up to date licensing information and a link to download a copy of the license.

All Licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferrable, single-user licenses for personal or small business use. The royalty-free Commercial License fee permits Commercial Use and is a flat one-time payment based on the type of product You will produce for resale or distribution. 

You must purchase the appropriate Commercial Use License for each design that you wish to use commercially. BULK Discount available for multiple licenses purchased in a single order, please contact me for details.

Personal Use License: You may use my designs to create just about any project for personal use, or to give away as gifts where no money is exchanged, within the following parameters:

• All “Not Allowed Uses” outlined below must be followed.
• If you use any of my designs in your personal projects, and post your project in an online blog, social media, community forum, contest, etc. a tag or link back to printablecuttablecreatables.com is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
• If you would like to feature any of my designs on your website / blog, the watermarked preview image(s) (included with download file), or a photo of your project should be used. You may not post or share the actual files.

Limited Commercial Use License: All designs (free & paid) include a Limited Commercial Use License in the base price listed. This allows you to sell up to 50 units with a design as long as you give credit (and link where possible) to printablecuttablecreatables.com in your product listing / description.

If you exceed 50 units sold, or do not wish to give credit, you would need to purchase an Extended Commercial License.

Units sold refers to each unit as it is sold. For example:

• If you sell t-shirts: 1 t-shirt = 1 unit. 
• If you sell cookies by the dozen: 1 dozen = 1 unit. 
• If you sell cupcake toppers in packs of 8: 1 pack = 1 unit. 

If a design is used on multiple units within a single order, each individual unit must be counted as a use. Using the example above, if you receive an order for 10 t-shirts using a design, this counts as 10 commercial uses of that design.

If you sell less than 50 units using a design, no additional commercial license is needed, however you will need to clearly display your License # with each product to identify that your item is properly licensed. Credit should be given as follows: 

Design Licensed from Printable Cuttable Creatables LLC. License #123-E001.

If the product is being sold online, credit must be placed on the same page as the product (in product description, NOT on separate pages), and must include a link back to www.printablecuttablecreatables.com as follows:

[Design Name] Licensed from Printable Cuttable Creatables LLC. License #123-E001

If you do not wish to give credit, or exceed the 50 units sold, you will need to purchase an Extended Commercial License. 

Embroidery Digitizing, Digital Cookie Files, POD, and Transfer products are NOT covered under the Limited Commercial License. The appropriate Add-On License is required to sell any units of these types of products. 

If you purchased an Extended or Add-On License, then credit is not required, but I love & appreciate being tagged on social media when you share your creations!

The copyrights for all artwork are maintained and enforced by Printable Cuttable Creatables LLC. This agreement does not give you the copyright or any ownership claim to designs from Printable Cuttable Creatables. This agreement only licenses the non-exclusive rights to use the designs as described in this document.

Extended Commercial Use License: An Extended Commercial Use License is purchased in addition to the base price of a design, and allows you to use a design (in whole or in part) commercially for physical and digital products as specified below.

Handmade Physical Products: You may use designs commercially to create and sell printed and physical items including but not limited to: handmade cards, physical scrapbook layouts (layered paper piecing(s), party decorations, cookies, clothing, accessories, drinkware, home decorations etc. within the following parameters:

• “Handmade” products must include a handmade component that you contribute to make a unique product, using equipment that you own and operate. This may include the use of personal cutting machines, such as the Silhouette Cameo, Cricut Explore, Maker etc., or personally owned T-shirt screen-printing, heat press / sublimation printing machines, or embroidery machines.
• If you are selling a PHYSICAL embroidered product, designs may be turned into embroidery files to create finished physical product ONLY. If you wish to convert designs to sell digital embroidery files, you’ll need to purchase an Embroidery Digitizing Add-On License.
• All “Not Allowed Uses” outlined below must be followed.

Printed Physical Products: You may use designs commercially to create printed physical items such as business cards, stationery, printed cards, invitations, brochures, flyers, posters and prints, within the following parameters:

• • Designs cannot simply be printed and sold as-is, or nearly as-is.
  • Printed products must be printed using your own equipment OR all designs must be modified and combined with other design objects and elements (graphics/text) to create a new and original transformative work and must be flattened to an uneditable raster format before the design may be sent to any other person or party for printing on your behalf. This does NOT include POD, which requires a separate POD Add-On License. 
  • All “Not Allowed Uses” outlined below must be followed.

Digital Products: You may use my designs personally or commercially to create printable digital files including but not limited to customized invitation, wrapper, topper, other printable digital product, within the following parameters:

• Digital product files must be flattened JPG, PNG, or PDF files with no layers, and designs must be modified and combined with other design objects and elements (graphics/text) to create a new and original transformative work.
• Designs may not be sold as-is or nearly as-is, and cannot simply be placed or layered on a white background and sold as a printable.
• Individual design elements from Printable Cuttable Creatables LLC must not be extractable.
• Your creations can only be sold for Personal Use. All licenses are non-transferrable, and copyright for all designs remains with Printable Cuttable Creatables, therefore, you cannot sell products that include my designs for commercial use.
• All “Not Allowed Uses” outlined below must be followed.

Web & Logo Designs: You may use my designs commercially to create logo, branding, and web designs within the following parameters:

• Designs must be modified and combined with other design objects and elements (graphics/text) to create a new and original transformative work. Designs cannot be used or sold “as is”. Please keep in mind that use of my designs are non-exclusive. 
• Logos created may be registered as trademarks, but the design element itself may not be registered or claimed in any way, as the copyright remains with Printable Cuttable Creatables LLC, and must be specifically disclaimed in any intellectual property registration. 
• Clipart and digital paper designs can be used to create website/blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons, etc. if the design is flattened and 72ppi. Web templates may only be sold for personal use.
• Designs by Printable Cuttable Creatables LLC cannot be extractable!
• All “Not Allowed Uses” outlined below must be followed.

Teaching & Educational Materials: You may use my designs to create educational materials (worksheets, games, etc.) for personal and commercial use within the following parameters:

• Digital files must be flattened JPG, PNG, or PDF files with no layers, and designs must be modified and combined with other design objects and elements (graphics/text) to create a new and original transformative work. Designs cannot simply be placed or layered on a white background and sold.
• Individual design elements from Printable Cuttable Creatables LLC must not be extractable.
• Your creations can only be sold for Personal Use / Classroom Use. All licenses are non-transferrable, and copyright for all designs remains with Printable Cuttable Creatables, therefore, you cannot sell products that include my designs for commercial use.
• All “Not Allowed Uses” outlined below must be followed.

Cookies / Cookie Cutters: You may use my designs commercially to create cookies, physical cookie stencils, and physical cookie cutters within the following parameters:

• Design files from Printable Cuttable Creatables may not be included with your product.
• A physically printed “backer card” of the design image may be included with your physical stencil or cutter product. 
• If you are selling PHYSICAL cookies, cookie stencils, or cookie cutters designs from Printable Cuttable Creatables may be turned into digital stencil (STL) files to create finished PHYSICAL products ONLY. If you wish to convert my designs to sell digital cookie cutter files (STL), you will need to purchase a Digital Cookie Cutter License.
• All “Not Allowed Uses” outlined below must be followed.

Other Uses: The above are just examples of accepted use. If you are interested in selling a product that is not mentioned here, please contact me with an explanation of what you have in mind, and I will advise if the use is allowed. Printable Cuttable Creatables reserves the right to authorize special uses based on individual situations. Exceptions to the above terms may be allowed only with express written permission from Printable Cuttable Creatables LLC).

Add-On Commercial Licenses

Add-On Licenses are required for Embroidery Digitizing, Digital Cookie Cutters, Print On Demand, and Transfer products. The Add-On licensing fee is in addition to the base price for each design, and may not be available for all products.

Embroidery Digitizing Commercial Use License:

An Embroidery Digitizing Commercial Use License is purchased as an Add-on to the design base price and allows you to digitize a design to resell as a digital embroidery file (in whole or in part) within the following parameters: 

• You must own and operate the equipment and software needed to digitize and test embroidery designs. Outsourcing digitizing to a third party is not permitted.
• If you are selling a PHYSICAL embroidered product, only an Extended Commercial Use License is needed. This Embroidery Digitizing License is only needed if you are selling digitized embroidery files.
• Digitized designs may ONLY be sold in embroidery machine-specific software format(s). Designs may NOT be sold or distributed in any format that is not specifically for embroidery, including but not limited to SVG, GSD, DXF, AI, EPS, CDR, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF, PSD, EMF.
• Preview image(s) must be preview of digitized design. PNG files included with purchase from Printable Cuttable Creatables cannot be used as preview image to sell digital embroidery files and may not be included with your product.
• This license ONLY APPLIES to Digitized Embroidery Files. Designs may NOT be sold or distributed in ANY other format or by any other means under this License.
• All “Not Allowed Uses” outlined below must be followed.

Digital Cookie Cutter (STL) Commercial Use License:

A Digital Cookie Cutter (STL) Commercial Use License is purchased as an Add-On to the design base price and allows you to convert a design to resell as a digital cookie cutter STL file (in whole or in part) within the following parameters: 

• You must own and operate the software and equipment needed to create and test STL designs. Outsourcing to a third party is not permitted.
• If you are selling a PHYSICAL cookie cutter or cookie stencil product, only an Extended Commercial Use License is needed. This Digital Cookie Cutter License is only needed if you are selling digital cookie cutter files.
• Digital cookie cutter files may be sold in STL format ONLY. Designs may NOT be sold or distributed in any format that is not specifically for cookie cutters, including but not limited to SVG, GSD, DXF, AI, EPS, CDR, GIF, BMP, TIFF, PSD, EMF.
• PNG clipart file included with purchase from Printable Cuttable Creatables may be used to create your product Preview image(s), however Preview images must also include image / rendering of cookie cutter and/or finished cookies. PNG clipart image cannot be used alone as preview image. Final preview images must be low resolution (72 ppi) png/jpg format, and include watermark over image so it cannot be traced.
• Low resolution (72 ppi) PNG image of design may be included with STL file as design reference. PNG reference image should include watermark to prevent image from being used or distributed in other ways.
• This license ONLY APPLIES to Digital Cookie Cutter products. Designs may NOT be sold or distributed in ANY other format or by any other means under this License.
• All “Not Allowed Uses” outlined below must be followed.

Print on Demand (POD) Commercial Use License:

A Print on Demand (POD) Commercial Use License is purchased as an Add-on to the design base price and allows you to send or upload a single design product modified, or as-is to any POD company or outside printer, manufacturer, or other third party maker so that they may print finished physical goods on your behalf. within the following parameters:

• The POD / Third party company may create finished physical goods (such as printed shirts, mugs, or signs) on your behalf and may ship the finished goods directly to your customers, or they may ship the finished goods to you. This License add-on does NOT allow third parties to create tools (such as stamps, transfers, or stencils) on your behalf.
• Designs shared with any third party may NOT print finished goods for their own use, or share designs with others for any reason. 
• Designs sent to a print-on-demand company, printer, manufacturer, or other third party may ONLY be used to create finished physical goods specifically for You and your customers.
• This license ONLY APPLIES to Print on Demand products. Designs may NOT be sold or distributed in ANY other format or by any other means under this License.
• All “Not Allowed Uses” outlined below must be followed.

Transfer Commercial Use License:

A Transfer Commercial Use License is purchased as an Add-on to the design base price and allows You to sell sublimation transfers, screen-print transfers, waterslides, stencils, iron-on transfers, printable HTV sheets etc. using a single design product within the following parameters: 

• • This license ONLY APPLIES to transfers, screen prints, waterslides, stencils, molds, or an equal transfer product. Designs may NOT be sold or distributed in ANY other format or by any other means under this License.
  • You must own and operate the equipment and software needed to print or product transfer designs. Outsourcing to a POD service / third party printer or manufacturer is not permitted under this license.
  • If you are printing the design on a physical end-use product yourself, then only an Extended Commercial Use License is needed. This Transfer Commercial License is needed if you are selling a transfer product to a customer that they will need to apply to a physical end-use product themselves.
  • All “Not Allowed Uses” outlined below must be followed.

(Applies to all Personal & Commercial Use Licenses)

• Under NO circumstances may you share, distribute, or sell my design files, in part or in whole, in any way. 
• Direct download links and files cannot be sold, or shared with friends, on public or private boards, groups, blogs, websites, etc. Files may not be stored in online albums, cloud storage, or sites with public access. Please direct interested parties to the product page at PrintableCuttableCreatables.com for download/purchase.
• You may not modify, repackage or reformat the files to share or resell or claim as your own in any way. The only exception to this restriction is if you purchase the separate Embroidery Digitizing Add-On or Digital Cookie Cutter Add-On license, which allows files to be converted to specific file types as described in the section above. 
• All copyrights remain with Printable Cuttable Creatables LLC at all times. This agreement does not give you the copyright or any ownership claim to designs from Printable Cuttable Creatables. This agreement only licenses the non-exclusive rights to use the designs as described in this document. 
• You may not use my designs to create commercial products or freebies that compete with or resemble products by Printable Cuttable Creatables in any way. For example, you may not create digital cutting files, laser cut files, digital papers or patterns, digital scrapbook elements or kits, digital stamps, brushes, clipart, Photoshop templates, etc.
• You may not copy, trace or recreate designs by Printable Cuttable Creatables to sell, distribute, or claim as your own.
• You may not use my designs to create printable templates or blank designs for others to personalize or customize.
• You may not use my products to create, promote, or signify anything illegal, fraudulent, harassing, immoral, infringing, defamatory, or obscene in nature, pornographic, racist, offensive, or hate related.

Unauthorized Use:

It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. Accessing the images and text provided with any download does not give you rights to use them without permission of the copyright owner. All materials on PrintableCuttableCreatables.com and contained in downloaded files, images, and text, are protected by United States and International Copyright laws. You may not use the content except as specified above, and in our Terms of Use without written permission from Printable Cuttable Creatables, LLC.

License Verification:

Be sure to keep your receipt for possible future license verification! Printable Cuttable Creatables has the right to confirm the purchase of a license by customers at any time. The license for each set follows only one small business / user at a time and cannot be transferred to another user.

To ensure my products are being sold under the appropriate license, and are compliant with the above usage terms, and with proper copyright credits, you may receive a friendly email or message from Printable Cuttable Creatables to confirm proof of purchase for the designs used in your products, or to make sure your crediting and usage is correct.

Parties who refuse to respond or place correct credits will be notified that they must cease sales or use of products. Failure to provide proof of purchase and proper license(s) voids any agreements and revokes the license(s). Parties who continue to sell products that use designs by Printable Cuttable Creatables, LLC without the appropriate commercial license or proof of purchase will be considered in copyright violation, and legal action may be taken depending on the severity of the violation.
