How to Make a Santa Face Gift Bag SVG File – D185

Santa Claus is coming to town! Spread some Christmas cheer with this Santa Face Gift Bag SVG File! Perfect for holding gift cards, ornaments, sweet treats, and other small gifts for the holidays with this easy to assemble SVG mini gift bag. Follow along with this Santa Face Gift Bag Assembly instructions to see how quick and easy it comes together.

Finished Bag Size: approx. 3”W x 3”H x 1.5”D

This SVG File includes Solid Score Line and Dashed Score Line options. Cricut Design Space Users - use “Attach” to cut base shape & score lines together on a single mat. If using Solid Score version, be sure to set solid lines to “Score”.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Santa Face Gift Bag SVG File (D185)
• 65lb – 80lb Cardstock in fun Christmas colors
• Adhesive (I used Art Glitter Glue)
• Tweezers (helpful for smaller pieces)
• Brayer
• Cutting Machine such as Cricut, Silhouette

Assembly Instructions:

Step 1: Fold bag shape along score lines as shown below.

Step 2: Apply glue to side tab and attach to opposite side panel, forming an enclosed “box” shape.

Step 5: To close the bottom: Fold in side glue flaps, and apply glue, then fold down wide flap, apply glue, then fold remaining flap on top to glue bottom closed.

Step 6: Bag Handles: Cut 2 pieces of ribbon / string to 9” each. Tie double knot in one end of 1 ribbon and feed through hole in one side of gift bag. Feed other end through hole on the other side and double knot end to finish.

Your Santa Face gift bag is complete! Fill with small gift, ornament or treats and gift to someone special!
