Hello there! I’m Paula from Paula’s Studio. I decorated a vase for Valentine’s Day décor. I love cute and whimsy and this project is perfect for that. I used a milk jug vase from the Dollar Tree but use any vase you may have around the house. I am a big fan of using things and materials you already have to create something fresh and new.

Products Used:
- Love Birds SVG
- Blank vase
- Adhesive Vinyl in your choice of colors
- Vinyl pick
- Tweezers
- Electronic cutter such as from Silhouette or Cricut
Instructions:
1. Measure the area on your vase where you would like the design. I know I want my design to be about 2.25 inches wide. I’m not going to worry about the height as the width determines the limit.

2. Import the SVG file into the software for your machine. I am using Silhouette Studio software with a Cameo. By selecting all the pieces of the design, size the two main body parts of the birds to be about 2.25 inches total wide.
3. Group all the pieces together by the colors chosen for the birds and hearts.

4. Cut all the vinyl pieces in each chosen color and weed the extra vinyl off.

5. Apply the vinyl on the vase. You could use transfer vinyl to help assist you but I only used tweezers and layers the pieces that way. Use a picture of the design all together as a guide.

Fill with some flowers and enjoy!

I would love to see a vase you make!
-Paula
