Slimline Christmas Card Inspo

Hello Crafters! This is Aarthi and I am here to share some Slimline Christmas Card Inspo using the Christmas Train SVG File.

Supplies used:

• Cricut Maker 3, Cricut fine point blade
• Colored Cardstocks – White, Black, Red, Light blue, Dark blue, Silver Mirror, Gold Mirror, Dark Green
• Christmas greetings stamp set
• Acrylic block
• Versamark Embossing Ink pad
• Simon Says Stamp White embossing powder
• Heat gun
• Glue, Double-sided tape
• White and gold glitter gel pen
• Rounded Corner punch

Instructions:

1. Upload the SVG file to Cricut Design Space (DS) and resize it to fit your slimline card.
2. Cut the images from the different colored cardstocks and glue them together.
3. Cut the white cardstock to 3.5” x 8.5”, red to 3.25” x 8.25”, and dark blue to 3” x 8”.
4. Use a white gel pen to draw varying-sized dots to simulate snowfall.
5. Arrange and glue the cardstock sheets on top of each other. Cut a wavy shape from white cardstock and adhere it to the bottom for a snow bed.
6. Glue the train elements on top.
7. Heat-emboss your sentiment onto a small, rounded-corner-punched red cardstock piece and mount it onto the card base with double-sided tape.
8. Use a gold glitter pen to accent the Christmas tree and a white gel pen to add snow details to the train.
