Polar Bear Soap Dispenser

Hi crafty friends! It’s Ellen here taking over the PCC blog. Today I’m sharing a Polar Bear Soap Dispenser as a quick and easy winter home decor project! I took the label off a hand soap dispenser and decorated it with vinyl using a cute SVG (in this case the “Christmas Polar Bear Face SVG Cutting File”)
