Hello there! I’m Paula from Paula’s Studio. St. Patrick’s Day is a great holiday to make whimsical cards. I love shamrocks and rainbows! Here, I have made a card with those using four separate digital designs, combining them to send a friend a lucky greeting. Three of the designs are available for free!

Products Used:
- Pot of Gold Rainbow SVG Cut File
- Lucky Clover Free SVG File
- Shamrocks ‘n’ Clovers St. Patrick’s Day Seamless Pattern Free Digital Paper
- St. Patrick’s Day Shamrocks Clipart & Free SVG Cut Files
- A2 Card Base
- Cardstock
- Adhesive Vinyl in gold and green glitter
- White paint for splatter (optional)
- Vinyl pick
- Tweezers
- Electronic cutter such as from Silhouette or Cricut
Instructions:
1. Add the rainbow of choice and the pot of gold PNG files to the mat on the screen and set to Print and Cut. Size the rainbow and pot to your desired size using the patterned rectangle as your guide.
2. Download and unzip the SVG files to your PC.
3. In Silhouette Studio, create a rectangle of 4.25×5.5 inches. Then, drag the PNG file of the seamless pattern from the file folder to Studio and drop it directly in the rectangle. This should fill the rectangle with the design.

4. Print the page and then cut in with your electronic cutter.
5. Optional – trim the patterned paper rectangle down to 4×5.25 inches using a trimmer or a die.

6. Cut the other shapes. I used glitter adhesive vinyl for the Lucky Clover top layers. They are small and intricate, and cutting with adhesive vinyl gives a better cut—and it already has adhesive on it!

7. Position all shapes on the card base and adhere to them. For interest and dimension, use adhesive foam on the big clover.
8. Add some embellishment, such as a white paint splatter.
9. Put a sparkly shamrock on the inside with your message to the recipient for a little added surprise.

10. Glue the extra stars on the card panel around the design as you desire

I would love to see a lucky card you make!
-Paula
