Hello friends! This is Linh or LV Handcrafted across the socials. Today I’m finishing up my Lip Balm Holder Stocking Stuffers for the holidays. I made DIY sticker labels for a set of lip balm I bought to give away. Now I’m finally making the holders to gift them! These are the perfect stocking stuffers!
Best of all, with the huge bundle of Christmas papers from the Christmas Patterns Digital Paper Mega Bundle, I can make them in so many different patterns and color combinations!!
If you prefer step by step instructions, read on:
STEP 1 Print your pattern papers
STEP 2 Cut heavyweight cardstock to 6-¼” W x 4” H. Score along the long edge at 2-¾” and 3-½”
STEP 3 Cut heavyweight cardstock to 3”W x ½” H. Score along the long edge at ½”. Fold. Curl the strip so it bends easily around the lip balm.
STEP 4 Position your lip balm inside the holder and wrap the strip around the lip balm. Mark where to put the second score line and score and fold.
STEP 5 Cut two pieces of ribbon around 6” long. Attach to the outside cover of the holder.
STEP 6 Cut pattern paper to 6” W x 3-¾” H. Wrap around the outside of the holder.
STEP 7 Cut 2 pieces of pattern paper to 2-½” W x 3-¾” H and attach to the inside covers of the holder |
Thanks for checking out my project today!
