05 Honeycomb Scrapbook Layout

Hi there, it’s Dorlene, and I have a really cute Honeycomb Scrapbook Layout to share today. I used two files for this layout: the Honeycomb SVG and the Honey Pot SVG. I always say that I love the cut files available at Printable Cuttable Creatables because there are so many options in each file. First, layering options vary by material type, and the Honeycomb file includes multiple-sized clusters.

I prefer to use liquid adhesive when assembling smaller pieces and after layering each set.

I cut a strip off a piece of the orange cardstock scrap and then folded it in half. This is similar in height to two pieces of cardstock, which is the exact gap thickness between the large pumpkin and the grass.

The honeycombs with drips are four layers of paper and shades of yellow

I tucked and adhered it to the gap, and it filled it perfectly. And gave the more miniature pumpkin something to rest on.

Once these pieces were assembled, I arranged my Honeycomb Scrapbook Layout using two 4×6 photos, scrap bee paper from my stash, and yellow and brown cardstock. You’ll notice that in the final layout, I also added a Pooh die cut from my stash.

Honestly, the layout really didn’t need it, but he sure does make it even cuter!

This is a simple Honeycomb Scrapbook Layout, but it also has all the elements of a good one: cute photos, a title, great coordinating embellishments, and some color variations. I didn’t think this one needed a lot of journaling—just a quick “January 24 Cuties.” That says it all!
