Fall Leaves Autumn Card Inspo

Hello crafters! Aarthi here. I’m back with a Fall Leaves Autumn Card inspo project using the Pretty Autumn Flowers SVG Cutting Files & Clipart and the Fall Breeze and Autumn Leaves SVG.

This SVG file has a variety of options that can be used for paper crafting projects, or with vinyl or even as a Print and Cut option. I used the pretty leaf branch alone for my project here.

Supplies used:

• Cricut Maker 3, fine point blade
• Speckled Egg distress ink pad
• Aged Mahogany distress ink pad
• White cardstock
• Double sided foam tape, glue

Instructions:

1. Upload the SVG files to Cricut design space (DS). I used only the leaf branch from the first SVG and the sentiment from the second file. I deleted the remaining.
2. I chose a decorative frame image from DS for my frame body.
3. Duplicate the leaf branch twice and flip one of those horizontally. 
4. Add a rounded corner rectangle from DS.
5. Resize the sentiment to fit the rounded rectangle.
6. Cut and colour the sentiment letters using copics/any colour medium of your choice and glue all the letters to the rectangle.
7. Use the Speckled egg distress ink to colour the frame and adhere it to the cardbase (4.25*” * 5.5”).
8. Then mount the rectangle using double sided foam tape to the center of the cardbase.
9. Dab the Aged Mahogany Distress ink directly on the leaf branches to give an uneven colouring look and glue it to one side of the decorative frame.
