Easy Lace Border Card Inspo

Hi Everyone! Aarthi here. For today’s project inspiration, I have a super-easy, all-occasions card using the Sweet Lace Borders SVG Cut File Set.

I wanted to make something quick and different and thought I would use the SVG as a drawing instead of a cut file! I chose one of the laces from the set, removed the offset, resized it to my liking, duplicated and mirrored it, welded these 2 to a rectangle and changed the Operation to Draw instead of Cut. Tada! An easy lace border card base is now ready!

All that was left was adding a flower wreath and some sentiment to the card.

To make it a little colorful, I chose to color the wreath elements using my alcohol markers and added some highlights using a white gel pen. Mounted everything together on an A2 card base and our card is done!
