Hello PCC Fans! Christi Here from Scrapping For Tranquility.
Here as promised to show you how I make a twisted or side easel card.
The files I used are from Printable Cuttable Creatables:
Here is the birthday or celebration one I made for today.
Taking the piece of cardstock you just cut and score it at 4 1/4 in.
Using a pattern paper you want to cut 2, 4 IN squares. One for the base of your card and one for the back top of your card. This is the side that will be folding over.
The one on the back of the card needs to be cut from corner to corner. You want to score from the top right to bottom left of the top of the card. you have now made your fold over for your easel card. |
Take your card embellishments, in my case the presents, and pop them up with pop dots and that will hold your easel card up.
Again, here is the finished product:
I really am happy with the way this turned out. I hope you enjoy it also!
Until Next time,
-Christi
