DIY Holographic Stickers Tips

Back-to-school season is the perfect excuse to add some sparkle to your planner, bottles, or even your laptop. And what better way than with some groovy DIY holographic sticker tips made right at home with your Cricut?

This is such a fun, quick project—and I’ll walk you through every step!

1. Grab the Groovy Bundle

I found the cutest hippie designs in this Groovy Retro SVG Bundle.

It comes with PNGs that are perfect for making stickers—so colorful, so retro, and definitely planner-worthy.

2. Set Up in Cricut Design Space

I opened up Cricut Design Space and uploaded the PNGs from the bundle. Then I arranged them into a full sticker sheet—so I could cut everything in one go.

3. Print at Best Quality I used my Canon printer (set to “Best Quality”) on a glossy sticker sheet.

4. Add the Holographic Magic

Now here’s the trick—everyone loves holographic stickers, but did you know you can also make them waterproof?

The secret is cold lamination sheets. They add that rainbow shine and protect your stickers. Grab them here.

5. Let Cricut Work Its Magic

Once printed, I placed my laminated sticker sheet on a mat, loaded it into the Cricut, and hit cut. Watching Cricut do its thing never gets old, right?

6. Ta-Da! Groovy Stickers

And just like that—my DIY holographic stickers were ready! They’re cute, waterproof, and oh-so-sparkly.
