Hi friends! I am sharing this adorable cat in a pumpkin design that I turned into a shaped card.

Supplies Used:
- Halloween Cat in Pumpkin SVG File
- Cardstock in white for the base, other colors for the rest
- Adhesive
- Cutting machine, such as a Cricut machine or Silhouette Cameo
- Scoring board with bone folder
Make a Cute Cat in Pumpkin Card
- Bring the assembled version of the SVG file into your cutting machine software. You want to work with the top one.
- Resize the image for the desired card size. I am choosing A2 (5.5×4.25”) The easy way to achieve this is to draw a rectangle in the size card and have the design fit it in. This helps ensure it will fit in the envelope for that size. I make it a little smaller..

3. Using the Trace tool, trace the whole image and choose “trace outer edge”
4. Move this traced piece off to the side.

5. Ungroup the image. We are not going to include the green ground piece in the top (front) of the card. Move that piece off to the side.
6. Trace the cat in the pumpkin now that the green piece has been moved. Move that trace off to the side.

7. Separate all the pieces of the cat and the pumpkin. Cut each piece from the desired papers.

8. Cut the 2 traced pieces with white cardstock. If your cardstock is lightweight, I suggest cutting two of each and gluing the duplicates together to make them thicker.
9. Score a line 1 inch from the top on the piece with the ground piece (the inside card piece with the ground shadow oval that is missing from the front of the card piece) and fold this crease backwards and smooth with bone folder.

10. Apply glue to the part that folds back, above the crease line.

11. Attach front piece to the back piece and let glue set.
12. Assemble and glue all the layers of the cat and the pumpkin.
13. Glue the cat to the front of the card and glue the oval ground piece to the inside of the card.
14. Write or stamp a sentiment for the inside of the card.
