Pencil Gift Card Holder SVG Assembly Guide – D014

This fun Pencil Gift Card Holder SVG is a perfect teacher gift for Teacher Appreciation Week, or at the start or end of the school year! This pencil shape gift card holder SVG is super fast and easy to cut & assemble with your Silhouette or Cricut Cutting machine! 

This gift card holder SVG file is sized to fit a standard gift card with dimensions of approx. 2 ⅛”H x 3 ⅜”W. The finished Pencil Gift Card holder size is approx. 2.5″H x 6″W.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Pencil Gift Card SVG File (D014)
• 65lb – 80lb Cardstock in fun Back to School colors
• Adhesive (I used Art Glitter Glue)
• Tweezers (helpful for smaller pieces)
• Brayer
• Cutting Machine such as Cricut, Silhouette

This SVG File includes Solid Score Line and Dashed Score Line options. Cricut Design Space Users - use “Attach” to cut base shape & score lines together on a single mat. If using Solid Score version, be sure to set solid lines to “Score”.

Assembly Instructions:

Step 1: Fold glue flaps along score lines and apply adhesive to flaps.

Step 2: Fold tag along center vertical score line,aligning side edges.

Step 5: Apply adhesive to back of pencil base and lead point, and adhere them to the card pocket as shown.

Step 6: Tuck gift card into gift card flaps on gift card insert.

Step 7: Gently slide gift card insert into card pocket opening.

Your Pencil Gift Card is complete! Add personalized gift tag if desired, and give to your favorite teacher, bus driver, or colorful person!
