Hello, Hello Crafty Friends! This is Shalon and today I am up on the Printable Cuttable Creatables blog with a little banner inspo project! Somehow, without my permission, my baby is turning FOUR! To help celebrate my little one’s birthday, I created an Ocean Theme Birthday Banner!

Under the Sea Birthday Banner Papercraft

I used the Rolling Waves Background Stencil SVG File as a background layer for each banner piece. Then, I created dimensional corners by creating an offset and paper layering the Beach Sea Shells Monogram Frame SVG File.

After that, I doubled the craft foam and adhered it to the banner. To complete the ocean aesthetic, I created an offset of the crab, octopus, and starfish files from the Cute Mermaid SVG Embellishment Set and print and cut those adorable sea creatures adding a little craft foam between the layers for a little visual interest and dimension.

The F-O-U-R letters were cut using my Silhouette Cameo, and embossed using a confetti-themed embossing folder by Park Lane and running it through my Big Shot.

I love the final result, and, more importantly, so does the birthday girl – who especially loved the octopus!
