Cute as Can Bee Scrapbook Layout
Hello Scrapping For Tranquility and Printable Cuttable Creatable Fans! I am bringing you some of the cutest files from PCC today. I made this adorable honey bee themed layout of my daughter!
I first took Bazzill Avalanche and Bazzill Blackbird cardstock from 12 X 12 Cardstock Shop, taking a quarter of an inch off each side of the Avalanche, I layered it onto the Blackbird.
Once I was finished with that, I took Tarnished Brass Distress Stain and Pumice Stone Distress Stain from Scrapbook.com and lightly speckled my Avalanche White Cardstock, just to give it a bit of color and depth.
Onto my Pieces, I used the FABULOUS Honey Bee Collection, Queen Bee, and Busy Beehive from the wonderful Printable Cuttable Creatables. The Honey Bee Collection alone is enough to do soooo many projects; I plan on doing several more with it. Just love it! It will bee so handy (did you see that there lol) even for vinyl projects and sign projects alike! Can’t wait to use it for those upcoming projects!
I wanted my pieces to show a lot of dimension so some I put directly on the cardstock and others I popped with pop dots. I loved the way it came out!
It actually looks like it is dripping honey right off the page! It is just darling!
I loved how it looked when I tucked the bee trail under the photos as if it was flying in and out and in-between each photo before going to the hive.
I borrowed the crown from the Queen Bee SVG to put on my title for my daughter always thought she was a princess so, I want the layout to accomplish the feel of her royalty! I hope I accomplished that with the crown.
